Step 1. Steep Your Earl Grey Tea
Using a teapot, add 6-8 grams of loose leaf earl grey tea. Heat filtered water to 205 degrees Fahrenheit in a hot water kettle. Slowly pour water over tea leaves in the teapot and let steep for 4-5 minutes. Buy Earl Grey Here
Step 2 Add lemon and honey
While your tea is steeping, get a cutting board and quarter cut 1 - 1 ½ lemons. When your tea is finished steeping, remove the tea leaves from the tea steeper and squeeze the lemon juice into your earl grey tea. Use the empty tea steeper to strain sediment and seeds from the lemon. After you finish straining the lemon, add 1-2 tablespoons of raw honey and stir in with a stick of Ceylon cinnamon.
Step 3. Add 2 shots of Irish Whiskey 
This tea cocktail calls for 2 shots of Irish Whiskey. Add the shots to the teapot.
Step 4. Stir and Serve!
